This article explains the concept of career and career planning, which is necessary and important for the female university students. Issues and relative strategies concerned with the female university students＇ career planning are put forward： During the period of career choice, they should make correct assessment on themselves, give full play of expertise to set realistic goals. During the period of vocational adjustment, they should focus on the practicable strategies, constantly reflect on and revise their career goals.
