民族地区高校党建工作,是学校党委工作的重要组成部份,事关人才培养目标的实现。在对四川藏区高校大学生党建工作状况进行深入调查的基础上,重点对民族地区高校大学生党建工作的现状、存在的主要问题及原因进行了认真的分析,并就进一步加强对民族地区高校大学生党建工作提出了建议,以确保民族地区高校人才培养中心工作的质量。

The colleges＇ party building in national regions highlights the whole work of the party committee and the realization of the objective of cultivating talents, On the basis of further research into the status quo of the party building for college students in Tibetan regions in Sichuan, this paper lays emphasis on an earnest analysis of the main problems and corresponding reasons for the party building for college students, and offers advice on further strengthening party building for college students, so as to ensure the quality of the training work for talents in colleges in national regions.
