As one of the three underpinnings in higher education, the college library is an ideal place for readers to be imparted with quality-oriented education in information. This paper deals with the advantages a college library itself has in information resource, information technology, information talents and environmental incentive, and probes into the avenues to diffuse education of informational knowledge to readers in the college library.
