摘要 为了满足航天器高可靠性的需要和发展新型航天器的需要,根据航天器系统结构庞大,各子系统相互耦合,测试数据量大,及时性、可靠性要求高的特点,在典型故障诊断专家系统体系结构的基础上,设计开发了分布式故障诊断专家系统。主要介绍了该专家系统的基本结构、模块化组成和工作原理,并重点探讨了各个子故障诊断专家系统间的任务分配、协作以及诊断决策。该方案具有分布式测试、快速诊断和综合评估的特点,满足航天器复杂大系统的故障诊断需要。 Fault diagnosis expert system is one of the main methods in spacecraft fault detection and diagnosis field. Because of the gigantic system structure of spacecraft, the complicated coupling relationships of every subsystem, large measurable data, real-time and high reliable characteristics, a distributed fault diagnosis expert system is constructed in this paper. First, it introduced the distributed structure of the expert system, the composing modules and the operational principle of the system. Then it presented the operational assignment, operational cooperation and fault diagnosis decision-making between the fault diagnosis subsystems. At last, it proved the expert system showed a good performance and fast response for the necessary of the large spacecraft.
