在矿井资源锐减、富煤几近枯竭的情况下,对现存资源进行深入挖潜、充分开采是企业生存的需要,也是节约资源、提高资源回收率、实现矿井高产高效和可持续发展的必由之路。本文从荆各庄矿的储量状况调查、工程设计到实际开采对储量挖潜进行了全面研究,提出了经济合理、安全可靠、行之有效的储量挖潜方案。

It is necessary for enterprises＇ survival to tape the potential existing resource and to mine sufficiently on such conditions as mine resource decreased sharply and the rich coal is nearly exhausted, And it is the only way to save resource, improve reclaiming rate of resource, realize high yield and high efficiency and sustainable development, In this paper, a lot of economic reasonable, safe reliable and effective schemes to tape the potential reserves were introduced and thoroughly investigate of tapping the potential reserves on Jinggezhuang mine from a survey of reserves condition, engineering design to practical mining.
