课程改革中的工作压力:个人—环境匹配模式的分析

摘要 教师工作压力是影响课程改革顺利进行的重要因素之一。从个人—环境匹配的观点,对课程改革中教师的工作压力进行了探讨。在要求—能力匹配方面,教师的课程能力、教育教学能力、人际关系的协调、行动研究以及变革适应能力与课程改革的要求不匹配导致了教师工作压力;而在资源—需求匹配方面,培训与进修、评价机制与升学主义的影响、行政支持、工作负荷与时间压力、课程资源这些外界环境及学校提供的资源与教师需求不匹配也给教师带来了工作压力。 Teacher stress is an important factor that affects the progress and determines the success of curriculum reform. The present paper explores the teacher stress in curriculum reform by using the model of person-environment fit, holding that the mismatch between abilities of teachers and demands of curriculums, and between supplies of the environment and needs of teachers, may result in teacher stress.
