摘要
落实科学发展观,发挥教育在构建和谐社会中的作用,必须要提升教师教育质量。结合前一时期教师教育经验,提出了确保教师教育持续发展的五大工程:实施教师素质专业化工程;实施示范性教师教育机构建设工程;实施城镇化进程中农村教师与城镇教师协调发展工程;实施学科带头人培养与建设工程;实现教师教育网络化工程。
The practicing of the scientific-development philosophy and the functioning of education in building a harmonious society must be preceded by the improvement in teacher education. This paper, based on the authors' previous investigation and study in this field, puts forward five strategies for the sustainable development of teacher education, involving professional teacher development, establishment of sample teacher-education organizations, coordinated development of rural and urban teachers in urbanization, training of disciplinary leaders, and realization of on-line teacher education.
