Evaluation on floating Population's Family Planning Services with the Situation Analysis

目的:对深圳市计划生育部门开展流动人口计划生育服务的现状进行评价,为改进服务质量提供依据。方法:采用现状分析的方法开展研究,用SPSS11·5进行数据统计分析。结果:试点地区采取一系列改革措施服务流动人口,使流动人口计划生育率由56·40%上升为70·21%。但与计划生育优质服务的要求和流动人口的实际需求尚存在一定的差距。结论:流动人口的计划生育服务质量尚需提高。可从调整服务队伍结构、加强避孕节育的知情选择及随访指导,扩大服务信息宣传等方面入手予以改进。

Objective： To evaluate the services situation of floating population＇s family planning in order to provide evidence to improve the services of family planning/reproductive health. Methods： Situation analysis and SPSS11.5 were adopted to study and analyze statistically. Results ： A series of reform measures were adopted, and the family planning rate of floating population rised from 56.40% to 70.21%, while did not reach the need of quality of care and the actual demand of floating population. Conclusion ： Floating population＇s family planning services should be improved, such as adjusting family planning service personnel structure, strengthen informed choice for contraception and birth control, and spreading service information further.
