摘要
介绍港口雷达图象压缩传输技术，提出从剔除冗余信息和优化编码两个方面来压缩雷达图象。提出采用计算机模拟雷达图象作为标准国象来评估编码及系统的性能。计算机模拟测试表明，本文提出的编码及系统能实现雷达图象的准实时传输与显示。
The technique of habor radar image compression and transmission is described in this paper. Two ways for the compression of radar image─eliminating redundant information and optimizing image coding are presented. The radar images produced by computer simulation are proposed as standard images for estimating the performances of the codings and the system. The results by computer simulation show that the codings and the system described in this paper can realize guasi-real-time transmission and display of radar images.
