摘要 船龄较长,船舶的非增压柴油机或增压柴油机在增压器损坏后的工况恶化。对此可依据船东的经济利益,以及保证主机在当前的船况下继续安全运行,重新选配增压器。由于船舶使用部门有较详尽的船和机的使用说明书和丰富的实船运行资料,给选配增压器的分析计算提供了依据。通过柴油机进排气过程,燃烧理论,运行工况和通流特性的分析计算,得出所需增压器配机的运行线,而后根据生产厂家的增压器系列资料,选配相应的可行的增压器,以提高推进柴油机的经济性。实践表明,非增压柴油机选配增压器后,耗油率降低3%~9%,增压柴油机重新选配增压器后;可以在船东要求的转速范围内正常运行。 Owing to the break down of the turbocharger or in the case of old ships, the mian diesel engine (both with and without turbocharger) will loperate in odd working conditions.For safe and better operation of the main engine under such conditions, it is suitable to match a new turbocharger with the engine in consideration of the ship owner's economical benifits. The detailed specifications of the ship and engine, and the ample operation records from the shipping company always offer a good base for calculation and analysis to choose a new turbocharger. After the analysis and calculation of the process of air intake and gas exhaust, combustion theory, operating working conditions and the flow characteristics, the required information for the turbocharger which matches the main engine, can be obtained.According to previous experience, it its proved that the fuel consumption decreases by 3%~9% after installing a new turbocharger for diesel engines formerly without turbochargers,and for diesel engines originally with turbochargers the normal operation of the engine can be expected in the required range of revolution.
