摘要
教师课堂教学质量评价是学校教学管理的一个重要环节,它在整个教师考核系统中占着主要的地位,因此,建立科学合理的易于操作的教师课堂教学质量评价模型是非常必要的.用统计分析方法、层次分析法和模糊数学工具研究了教师课堂教学质量评价问题,建立了教师课堂教学质量评价的模糊层次模型.给出的例子表明,该方法不仅计算简单,而且编制程序后易于在计算机上实现.
The quality evaluation for teachers' classroom teaching play an important role in the teaching management, which holds a leading position in the check - up system for teachers. Therefore, a reasonable mathematical modeling is necessary in quality evaluation for teachers' classroom teaching. In this paper, the author investigates the problem on quality evaluation for teachers' classroom teaching by using some statistical method, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy theory, and then gives a fuzzy hierarchy model for quality evaluation for teachers' classroom teaching. The provided example shows that the proposed method is not only simple in calculation but also convenient in computer practice.
