Investigation and Analysis of Requirement about Healthy Knowledge of Patients Implanting Cardiac Permanent Pacemaker

目的了解患者术前对起搏器相关知识的需求方式及程度,有目的地加强健康教育,以增加自护知识,提高自护能力。方法自行设计问卷,对70例起博器植入术患者发放问卷:①患者希望获得起搏器知识的方式及其需求程度;②术前患者对起搏器健康知识需求情况。结果患者对健康信息需求的方式具有多样性,不同层次的患者对健康教育知识需求程度和健康知识内容需求不一样。结论正确评估患者的健康需求,“因人施教”。

Objective To obtain the way and the degree of patients＇ requirement about the knowledge of cardiac pacemaker before implanting, to strengthen the healthy education with propose in order to enhance their selfnursing knowledge and skills. Methods Two questionnaires designed by ourselves were allocated to 70 patients with cardiac pacemaker： （1） The ways and degree of their requirment for knowledge about cardiac pacemake. （2） How much they wanted to know about the healthy knowledge of cardiac pacemaker before implanting. Results The ways of the patients acquiring healthy knowledge were various. The degree of demand for acquiring knowledge and need of related contents were different for different patients with different educational levels. Conclusions Assess patient＇s requirement about health seriously and help them in different ways and degrees.
