摘要
目的掌握宣汉县碘缺乏病(以下简称IDD)防治现状,评估防治效果,为今后制定防治策略和措施提供科学依据。方法通过甲状腺肿大调查,尿碘、盐碘检测、防治知识问卷调查评估IDD防治效果。结果甲状腺肿大率为6·50%,校正肿大率6·42%;尿碘中位数186·30μg/L,小于20μg/L为0份;盐碘中位数33·67mg/kg,合格碘盐食用率93·70%,碘盐覆盖率98·67%;防治知识获得学生以学校老师、板报、电视以及广播宣传为主,家庭主妇以孩子、电视、板报宣传为主。结论宣汉县IDD各项指标均达到了《四川省消除IDD阶段目标评估方案》规定的消除IDD标准。
Objective To study preventive- cure present and its effect of iodine deficiency disorders （IDD） in Xuanhan County, to assess accomplish situation of elimination very index, to provide science basis for lay down preventive cure tactics in future. Methods To appraised IDD preventive cure effeet by thyroid gland swollen study, urine Iodine, Salt iodine examination and preventive cure question aire investigation.Results Thyroid gland swollen 6.50%, rate of rectify thyroid gland swollen 6.42% ; urine iodine median 186.30 μg/L, 〈20μg/Lis0; salt iodine median 33.67mg/kg, edible rate of qualified iodine salt 93.7%, cover rate of iodine salt 98.67%. preventive cure knowledge obtained is best effeetive by teachers in the school, broadcast, TV and propaganda, preventive cure knowledge is obtained by children, Tv, wall newspaper propaganda in family hostess. Conclusions Xuanhan county IDD very index conform to 《Elimination IDD Etage Objective Evaluation plan in Sichuan Province》
