摘要 对进场煤机械化采制样过程中缩分比、缩分器开口尺寸、缩分器旋转速度、煤样粒度等因素对缩分精度的影响进行了讨论,分析了旋转锥壳式缩分器的工作原理,并对二重缝隙缩分器与一级缩分后再经二级缩分的两级缩分器进行了比较,后者的缩分效果优于前者。 Working principle of the contracting divide device(CDD) with the rotating conical shell shape was analyzed. These influences was discussed on the contracting divide accuracy, such as the contracting divide proportion, slot size of the contracting divide device, rotation speed and the grain size of coal samples in taking and preparing coal samples from ingoing train wagons to power plants. The CDD with double solts were compared with the two levels CDD that proceeded second level contracting after first level contracting, the latter CDD is better.
