Optimum Match of Transistor High Frequency Amplifier

摘要 论述了晶体管高频谐振放大器的3种匹配条件,并证明了第3种匹配是最佳匹配,其电压和功率放大倍数都最大. Three kinds of match conditions are described first and then the factor that the third is optimum among these match conditions was testified. For the match condition, the voltage amplification factor and the power enlargement factor are both maximum.
