摘要
用甲醛和十二烷基硫酸钠预处理血清白蛋白和血红蛋白可使Ag(Ⅰ)和Cu(Ⅱ)离子从它们的氨合络离子中生成棕黄色络合物。用红外和紫外光谱研究了络合物的生成机理,证实在反应过程中有自动催化效应。血清白蛋白胱氨酸残基及血红蛋白肽链端基上的氮和氧与Ag(Ⅰ)和Cu(Ⅱ)离子形成灵敏度很高的络合物。
The pretreatment of bovine serum albumin (BSA) and hemoglobin (Hb) with formaldehyde and sodium lauryl sulphate can make them with Ag(Ⅰ) and Cu(Ⅱ) ions form the brown-yellow complexes from their ammoniated ions. The mechanism of the formation of proteins-Ag (Ⅰ)-Cu (Ⅱ) complexes (BSA-Ag (Ⅰ)-Cu (Ⅱ) and Hb-Ag(Ⅰ)-Cu (Ⅱ)) has been investigated by FTIR and UV-Vis,and the autocatalysis effect has been observed in the reaction. Action of Ag(Ⅰ) and Cu(Ⅱ) ions with nitrogen and oxygen atoms of the cystine residues in BSA and the terminal group in Hb peptide chain can form the high sensitive complexes.
