摘要
本文采用直接粉末压片Ｘ荧光光谱法测定了中草药黄芩中二十个主、微量无机离子的含量。探讨了用无机离子鉴别不同种属黄芩的可能性。
A method for the determination of trace elements in traditional Chinese medicine──Scutellariae by XRFS was established and 20 elements in the samples from different places were measured. The study shows that it is possible to assess the quality of scutellariae by detecting the trace elements in it.
