摘要
应用12条随机引物对20只成年东北细毛羊全血基因组DNA进行扩增,并利用SPSS对其多态性进行方差分析和T检验。结果表明:东北细毛羊基因组DNA多态频率为52.08%;多态标记f21328E、f21326A、f21327F、g2739C与产毛性状及体重显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)相关。
DNA samples were obtained from blood of 20 dongbei fine wool sheep and amplified by 12 primers,also the polymorphic makers were analyzed by SPSS.The results show：the polymorphic frequency of genome DNA was 52.08%;the polymorphic makers f21328E,f21326A,f21327F,g2739C have significant （P〈0.05）or perfect significant（P〈0.01）effect on wool traits and body weight.
