摘要
综观我国制浆造纸业发展,借鉴欧美制浆造纸业的发展与环境保护经验,提出追求经济和环境综合效益是企业的长远目标。利用层次分析法探讨了企业投资方案的多目标决策方法,为我国制浆造纸企业的管理提供了一些新思路。
Pulp ＆ Paper Industry development is closely related to the environment issue according to the development trend in Europe and America. It is a long-term target for pulp ＆ paper industry of China to pursue comprehensive of environmental and economic benefits. The discussion of multitargets decision-making of project investment probably can provide some new thoughts to the management of our paper enterprises.
