摘要
采用纳米氧化钛(Nano—TiO2)对环氧树脂建筑胶粘剂进行改性,通过超声分散的方法制备出纳米氧化钛-环氧体系的纳米复合材料。随着纳米氧化钛的掺量增加,环氧树脂胶粘剂的抗压强度、抗冲击强度、粘钢抗剪强度、热变形温度提高、抗拉强度略有降低。实验表明:当纳米的掺量为6%时,环氧树脂胶粘剂的抗压强度、抗冲击强度、抗剪强度、热变形温度分别为81.3MPa、6.8kJ/m^2、22.5MPa、110.3℃。比纯环氧树脂基体提高32%、94.3%、48.3%、和16.1%。
Epoxy resin adhesive is modified by Nano-Titanium Oxide in this paper. The nano-complex material of Nano-TiO2- Epoxy is prepared by supersonic wave deconcentration. When the Nano-Titanium' s content is raise, the compression strength, impact strength,sheer strength and heat deformation temperature is increase but the tensile strength is a little fall down. Results show that when Nano-Titanium Oxide' s content is 6%, the compression strength, impact strength,sheer strength and heat deformation temperature are 81.3 M Pa, 6.8kJ/m^2, 22.5 M Pa and 110.3℃, increase 32% ,94.3% ,48.3% and 16.1% comparing to the epoxy base.
