摘要
在分析高频率脉冲及速度规划要求的基础上,根据PCI 1710通用采集卡,提出了基于Matlab的高细分步进电机实时控制方案。该方案利用Matlab/Simulink环境直接对硬件端口寄存器进行访问以及PCI 1710自带的定时/计数器,完成对电机的控制过程,实验结果显示了其良好的调速和位置定位功能,控制步进电机在中低速运行时接近于专用控制卡的控制效果,且大大降低了控制成本。
On the cy pulse and speed analysis need of high frequenrule, this paper proposed a method using Matlab/Simulink and PCI - 1710 to support a real - time stepper motor control system. Through accessing the hardware port register and timer/counter on PCI- 1710,it realized the control of stepper motor. The speed and distance experiment achieved a good control effect that mostly reaches result controlled by the professional control card on a lower speed. It decreases greatly on the cost by this way;also does it support the server motor control system.
