摘要
通过对小轴车削加工多种装夹方式的比较,在此采用三爪卡盘夹一端的方式装夹。为了解决悬伸轴较大的弯曲变形问题,应用宏程序编程适时补偿切削变形误差,从而获得较高的加工精度,并能提高效率,降低成本,达到了预期的目的。
Through comparing some installation manner to lathe work for minitype shaft, this way that only three -jaw chuck is used to install a workpiece is adopted. For resolving the problem of bending deflection of overhang shaft, it is macroprogram that is applied to compensate the errors of machining deflection timely. This method may gain higher machining precision as well as efficiency and lower cost, thus achieving prospective aim.
