摘要
将基于实例推理技术应用于齿轮设计,详细分析了渐开线圆柱齿轮各项特征参数的特点,提出了一种新的计算相似度的方法,并给出了渐开线圆柱齿轮设计特征描述和实例的表示,在此基础上完成了基于实例推理的齿轮设计原型系统的开发,并以一个设计实例对系统进行了验证。
The casebased reasoning method solves new problems using given experiences. This paper discusses its appliance in design of gear. Firstly the paper analyzes the features of the invo-lute cylinder gear,and provides a new matching algorithm. Then, a feature description and representation of designing is given. On the basis of this work,a prototype system for the involute cylinder gear design is developed and an example is given to depict the system.
