强光源散热器设计及其传热特性试验研究

Strong light-source exchanger design and its heat-transfer performance experimental study

摘要 介绍了新型回路并行式热管以及用此热管作为强光源散热器的结构设计。对散热器的传热性能进行了试验研究,重点研究了充液量、输入功率和工作角度对散热器性能的影响。 The new looped parallel heatpipe and the design of the strong light-souree exehanger were introduced. Meanwhile,the experimental study to the radiator heat-transfer performance has been conducted,the sufficient liquid volume and the work angle with emphasis to the radiator performance influence has been studied.
