摘要
采用高温条件下的电阻应变测量方法对再沸器膨胀节的应力分布进行了实际测量,得到了膨胀节外表面沿经线的周向应力分布规律,与有限元计算结果相符。测量结果验证了膨胀节上危险点之一位于波谷圆弧中心的外表面中心处。
High temperature stain-gauging method is applied in the work to examine the distributions of stress at the expansion joint of the reboiler. The accuracy on the three-dimensional finite element model is verified. The distributions of stress at the expansion joint of the reboiler is obtained,one of the dangerous position are nearby the centre of the outside circular arc surfaces of wave-valley at the expansion joint.
