摘要
针对一台液压夯管锤,通过改变其供油压力,考察了其工作参数的变化。通过理论和实验证明改变液压夯管锤的冲击能和冲击频率,比较简单而经济的方法是调节液压夯管锤的行程,并讨论了改变行程对液压夯管锤的性能有哪些影响。研究结果将为设计冲击能可调的液压夯管锤提供理论指导。
The working parameters of hydraulic rammer are observed through changed pressure. The theory and test proved that the impacting frequency of hydraulic rammer can be adjusted by pipe hammer stroke. The influences of stroke on characteristics of hammer are discussed. The research results provide theoretical guides for design of adjustable hydraulic rammer.
