摘要
研究了平板夯换向调幅机构的结构,在力学分析的基础上,阐述了这一机构调幅、调速和换向机理。结果表明这种机构可在油缸的作用下,通过改变偏心块的相位角,在不停机的情况下完成调幅、调速和换向的动作,并且利用其特性可采用不同的控制方式实现换向调幅,表明这一机构可使双向振动平板夯操纵灵活,具有较高的适应性和工作效率。
After studying the altering direction and amplitude modulation mechanism of this type of reversible vibratory plate compactor,this paper discusses the principle of altering direction,modulating amplitude and adjusting speed. The results indicate that altering direction,modulating amplitude and adjusting speed are realized by adjusting the phase angle of the eccentric with displacing piston of hydraulic cylinder. This mechanism can be controlled by control unit, which makes the operation of the compactor better and facile.
