摘要
在推土机作业过程中,急剧变化的外部负荷常常会使发动机转速剧烈下降或者使机器滑转率上升,这将导致工作状况恶化,这些情况均使作业效率降低。针对传统的推土机这些作业现象提出了一种使用ARM微处理器的极限载荷控制系统,利用该系统的快速响应速度以试图确保机器在各种作业状态下都具有较好的动力性和经济性,提高推土机的作业效率。
The bulldozer slip regulation is increased or the rotary of the engine is dropped down by the rapid changing load of the bulldozer, which will lead to a worse work condition and lower work ratio for the machine. Based on these phenomena, how to design a kind of high-point load control system that uses an ARM embedded microprocessor is discussed in this paper. A better dynamical and economical performance is expected in all kind of work conditions, the control system has rapid response to the changing load, so the work ratio of the bulldozer which uses the control system is also expected to be promoted.
