摘要
热电偶检定炉的温度控制具有大滞后、时变性等特点,常规的PID控制在温度变化较大时,参数整定困难,且调节时间过长。目前应用广泛的模糊控制可有效提高响应速度,但其稳态误差较大,为了提高稳态精度,本文提出了一种基于当前测量点之前几分钟的输出平均功率的模糊控制算法。提高了控制精度,缩短了调节时间。实验证明,这种控制方法能取得令人满意的控制效果。
The temperature control of the thermocouple calibrated furnace has such characters as large time delay and time varying etc. When temperature variety is great, the routine PLD has difficult to gain parameter, and it will make the system has long adjust time. The Fuzzy control can improve the respond rate, but it has great steady error when the system is in the constant temperature phases , For the sake of precision, we advance a fuzzy control arithmetic which based on output average power which before the current measurement point, it overcome the system's time delay and time-variability, improve the precisionand shorten the adjust time. The practical application proved that this method can obtain the satisfactory result.
