The annuals are frequently referred to as either main channels for the investors to acquire invest- ment information, or a window for the listed companies to demonstrate themselves. Though flooded with only dull numbers and regarded as a typical epitome of the investors' relationship management, the annals have recently been playing a very important role on governing in the process of devel- oping those domestic listed companies into modern ones.
