Study on Glazed Roof Tile Mad from Red Mud

本文利用广西平果铝厂产出的工业废弃物———赤泥制备琉璃瓦,研究琉璃瓦的坯料配比及坯料的可塑性,以及釉料的组成,为赤泥的开发利用开辟一条新途径。

In this paper ,the feasibility of producing glazed roof tile with red mud and clay is discussed. The main properties of raw materials, The optimum compositions of raw materials and the plasticity of raw materials,The effect of the sintering temperature on the sintering properties are introduced. The results show that the glazed roof tile with clay and red mud has come up to the standard.
