调肝理脾中药治疗围绝经期失眠36例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 36 Cases of Peri-Climacterium Insomnia Treated with Chinese Drug for Regulating the Function of the Liver and Spleen

目的:观察调肝理脾中药治疗女性围绝经期失眠的临床疗效。方法:74例患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为两组,治疗组38例,脱落2例,对照组36例,脱落4例。治疗组服用调肝理脾中药汤剂,对照组睡前服用安定、谷维素,两组疗程均为28天。结果:两组治疗失眠疗效相当。3个月后随访,对照组失眠复发率明显高于治疗组(P<0.05),说明中药治疗失眠具有较好的后续疗效。治疗组治疗后各项生活质量指标均有明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),对照组治疗后生理功能(PF)、躯体疼痛(BP)、总体健康(GH)、活力(VT)、精神健康(MH)指标有明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组VT、PF、BP及MH治疗前后差值明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),说明中药治疗对于改善围绝经期患者生活质量具有明显优势。结论:调肝理脾中药治疗女性围绝经期失眠确有疗效,可很好地改善患者的生活质量,且具有较好的后续疗效。

To observe therapeutic effect of Chinese drug for regulating the function of the liver and spleen on peri-climacterium insomnia. Methods：Sixty-eight cases were randomly divided into a treatment group of 36 cases and a control group of 32 cases according to the sequence of visting. The treatment group was treated with oral administration of TCM decoction for regulating the liver and spleen,and the control group was given diazepam and oryzanol before sleeping,for 28 days. Results：The therapeutic effect on insomnia was similar in the two groups, but the recurrent rate of insomnia in the control group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group（P〈0.05） at following servey of 3 months,indicating that Chinese drug has a better aftereffect. After treatment,all indexes of QOL in the treatment group significantly improved （P〈0. 05 or P〈0.01 ）. Physiologic function （PF）, body pain （BP）, general health （GH） vatality （VT） and mental health （MH） in the control group were significantly improved after treatment （P〈0.05）,but the different values of VT,PF,BP and MH before and after treatment in the treatment group were more remarkable than those in the control group（.P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ：Chinese drug for regulating the function of the liver and spleen has definite therapeutic effect on pre-climacterium insomnia,and it can improve quality of life of the patient with better after-effect.
