摘要
以乙酸乙酯、盐酸羟胺和氯化铁的反应体系为基础,用酯化分光光度法间接测定了乙酰氯。实验结果表明,当酸度为0.18 mol/L,c(Fe3+)与c(H2NOH)比值等于5.5及c(H2NOH)与c(CH3COOC2H5)比值大于100时,乙酸乙酯的线性范围为4.6~28.2μg/mL,相关系数(r)0.9991,检出限2.3μg/mL。本方法用于乙酰氯工业品的测定,RSD=2.9%(n=6),加标回收率为97%-99%。
An indirect esterified speetrophotometrie method, based on the reactive system of ethyl acetate, oxammonium hydroehloride and iron chloride, is developed for the determination of aeetyl chloride. The results show that the linear range of ethyl acetate is 4.6 -28.2 μg/mL, the correlation coefficient(r) is 0. 9991 with a detection limit of 2.3 μg/mL when the acidity of solution is 0.18 tool/L, the ratio of c( Fe^3+ ) :c(HzNOH) and c( H2NOH) :c( CH3COOC2 H5 ) is 5.5 and more than 100 respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of industrial acetyl chloride, the RSD is 2.9% ( n = 6) and the recovery is between 97% -99%.
