稀土钐化合物与有机硼酸酯复合摩擦磨损特性研究

Tnbological Characteristics of a Samarium-Boron Composite Lube Additive

含钐稀土润滑添加剂二烷基二硫代磷酸钐(SmDDP)与含硼化合物有机硼酸酯(OB)具有显著的协合润滑作用。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和俄歇电子能谱仪(AES)研究了其协合润滑机理。

Experimental results show that Samarium dialkyldithio- phosphate ( SmDDP) and organo-borate (OB) exhibit excellent lubrication synergism, SEM and AES analytical results show that the synergism can be attributed, on one hand, to the formation of surface film mainly containing Sm, B, S and P etc., on other hand, to the production of a tribodiffusion layer of Sm and B.Tribodiffusion of boron can be promoted by Sm, increasing microhardness and therefore improving the wear resistance of friction pairs.
