摘要
鉴于工艺润滑在拉拔内螺纹铜管中的重要作用,本文研究了全油润滑和乳液润滑的作用,并且进行了分析、对比,另外,对全油润滑剂的粘度与油膜强度;乳液的极压特征与使用浓度与其润滑效果之间的关系也进行了实验研究。结果表明:从综合效果上看乳液润滑优于全油润滑,但是乳液应有较好的极压性能和最佳的使用浓度。
Due to the important roles of lubrication in drawing copper rifled tubes, two kinds of lubricants were tested by analysing and comparing oils with emulsions. In this paper, the influences of oil viscosity and oil-film strength on the draw force and surface quality of tube were investigated and the relation between the lubricating effects and EP additives and concentration of emulsion were discovered. The experimental results show that the synthetical effect of emulsion is superior to that of oil, howerer, emulsion should be provided with the better EP characteristics and the optimum concentration.
