研究了两步法沉淀生产Na2U2O7的一种新工艺,克服了传统的两步法浸出液余酸不能返回利用和铁的氢氧化物过滤性能差的缺点,工艺简单,投资少.采用堆浸与该工艺相结合,对那些储量不大、但品位较高的矿床来说,更具实际意义.
By experimentation and research a new two-step process for precipitating and reproducing 'Na2U2O7' has been developed.This process can overcome the deficiency of the conventional two-step process for treatment of heap leaching solution.The deficiency is that the remaining acid in the leaching solution cannot be reutilized and the filtration of iron's hydroxide is poor.The new two-step process is rather simple to use and is less expensive.It is of practical significance for those high grade deposits with little reserves when used to treat the deposits together with heap leaching.
