摘要
产生麦迪霉素的生米卡链霉菌经过诱变育种后,其生理代谢特征发生了变化,不仅产生麦迪霉素单位有差异,而且孢子形成和发酵生理特征与菌体蛋白及胞外酶也发生了改变,并且对外界加入的诱导物质也存在不同的反应.这表明经过不同的诱变处理后,菌株遗传调控改变引起生理代谢变化,导致不同的麦迪霉素发酵单位.
The mutants of Streptomyces Mycrofaciens producing Midycamycin(MDM) displayed their specialcharacteristics of physiological metabolism. They have no only different yields of MDM, but also their physiclogical characteristics total celluar and extracellular proteins have changed. Mutants had different reactions to the autoinducer added into the fermentation media. The results imply that the change of genetic control in mutants caused different physiological metabolism and yields of MDM.
