摘要
本文建立了痕量氟的Al3+-Calcein配合物荧光熄灭测定法.该法激发波长480um,发射波长503um,线性范围2~150μg/F-,灵敏度为2μg/LF-,100μg/LF-时标准偏差为1.3μg/LF-,是现有的最灵敏方法之一.用茜素络合剂分光光度法进行对照实验,二者获得的结果一致.
A fluoro-quenching method for the determination of fluoride within Al3+-Calcein complex is established. The excitation and emission wavelengths are 480um and 503nm, respectively. Rectilinear ranges is 2-150μg/L F-. The sensitivity of the method i3 2μg/L F- and the standard deviation of determination is 1. 3μg/L F -for 100μg/L of fluoride. The obtained results agree with those by spectrophotometry with alizarin complex. Theaccuracy and precision of the present method is satisfactory.
