摘要
本文研究了常温下红嘴相思鸟的静止代谢率，平均耗氧率为（７．９７±０．５３）ｍＬ，Ｏ２／ｈ·ｇ，耗氧量与体重呈正相关．耗氧量的性别差异明显．对其行为观察表明，红嘴相思鸟属昼出性活动动物，取食、修饰、水浴等行为明显．
The rate of static oxygen consumption of red-billed leiothrixes is studied in the normal temperture.Its average oxygen consumption is (7. 97± 0. 53)mL, O2/h ·g, which is. in Positive correlation with weight anddiffers from the sex. By the study of the behavior for its feeding embellishing and bathing, the red-billedleiothrixes is diurnal animal.
