针对国内外互联网逐渐普及、保险电子商务迅速发展的现状,阐述了保险公司应用电子商务进行业务流程再造的必要性,并在分析企业原有流程缺陷和借鉴国外流程再造理论的基础上,设计了保险公司电子商务应用的主要业务流程。

With the rapid development of Internet, electronic business has become a popular business mode. Insurance company must construct the original business processes under electronic business environment. This paper demonstrates the principle of business process reengineering on the basis of electronic business. The pa- per designes the basic mode of new business processes based on electronic business requirements after analyzing the shortcomings of business processes in Chinese companies under electronic business environment.
