本文首先提出市场经济体制的理想模式,继而比较分析个人主义市场经济和集体主义市场经济的异同点,并详细阐述了集体主义市场理论。基于以上分析得出结论:集体主义市场存在的最大问题是产权体制问题;资本化作为市场经济存在的前提和基础,并不同于资本主义化,且是解决中国目前困境的一种有效途径。

This paper, firstly proposes the ideal model of market economy system, then comparatively analyzes the difference between the individualism market economy and collectivism market economy, and expounds the collectivism market theory in details. Based the above analysis, this paper draws a conclu- sion： the big problem of collectivism market is property right; Capitalization as a premise and basis of market economy, different from capitalism, is an effective way to settle down the present dilemma in China.
