摘要
指出研究自保护药芯焊丝的重要性，并着重评述国内外自保护药芯焊丝冶金理论及研究现状，在此基础上提出了今后自保护药芯焊丝的三个研究方向。
The paper looks back the history of self-shielded flux-cored electrode (SSFCE) and points out the importance of developing SSFCE,then metallurgical theory and study state of SSFCE is reviewed systematically. On the basis,three directions of SSFCE to be studied further are suggested.
