摘要
提出用绝缘辅助阳极消除电解加工工件表面积黑的全新工艺方法,通过正交试验给出了此种工艺方法的关键工艺参数及其最佳值。对试验结果作了总结与分析。
This paper puts forward a new technological approach of removing the accumulated particle of workpiece in electrolytical machining using the auxiliary positive electrode insulated. The technological parameters of keys and optimum values of them in this approach were determined by the orthogonal experimentes. The experimental results were analyzed and summarized.
