摘要
研究模具钢H13熔盐Cr—RE共渗对表面显微组织特征及其性能的影响,渗剂中加入适量稀土可使渗速提高20%~50%,Cr-RE共渗优于单一渗Cr,可明显提高模具表面硬度、抗氧化能力和耐磨性能。
The effects of Re-chromizing process in molten salt bath on the surface microstructures and properties of H13 die steel are studied. The results show that the Re chromizing process rate, compared with conventional chromizing process,has increased 20~50 percent by adding proper rare earth to the molten salt and the properties such as hardness, oxidetion resistance and wear resistance are improved obviously.
