摘要
目的寻求有效、方便的犬诱导发情方法。方法以不同剂量和给药次数的PMSG与HCG组合的程序,对乏情期犬、青年不发情犬和老龄不育犬等三种繁殖史母犬进行外源激素诱导发情实验。结果外源激素PMSG+hCG可成功诱导乏情期犬和青年不发情犬的发情,而对老龄不育犬无效。实验中对激素PMSG的处理不同程序进行比较试验,对乏情期犬进行诱导的结果发现,在给药总剂量不变的情况下,一次给药诱导发情的有效率为25%(4/16),多次少量给药诱导发情的有效率为68.8%(11/16)。结论发现多次少量给药PMSG比一次给药PMSG的诱导成功率有显著提高。
Objective To found efficient procedure of inducing estrus in the bitch using exogenous gonadotropic hormones. Method Three groups of Beagle bitch, including anestrum, young of nonestrus and sterile aged bitches, were studied by combination of pregnant mare serum gonadotrophin （PMSG） ＋ human chorionic gonadotropin （hCG） with different dose and administration separately. Result PMSG ＋ hCG procedure was effective in the groups ofanestrus and young bitches of nonestrus but ineffective for the sterile aged bitches （68.8% vs 25.0%）. Conclusion The success rate of inducing estrus with low dosage and multiple administration is markedly higher than that of the bitches with one administration.
