大鼠经胸右心室穿刺测压的可行性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的本研究旨在评价经胸右心室穿刺测量大鼠右心室压力的可行性和安全性。方法将健康雄性SD大鼠(300-350g)分为实验组(n=8)及对照组(n=8),采用24G BD Intima-Ⅱ(0.7mm×19mm)密闭式静脉留置导管,穿刺一侧颈动脉监测其平均压(MCSP);实验组在超声引导下进行经胸右心室穿刺测压.对照组仅刺破胸壁肌肉。导管留置于右心室60min连续测量右心室压力(RVSP)。拔除导管后将两组大鼠于相同环境中饲养至一个月,并于实验前及实验后多个不同时点应用超声心动图检测各组大鼠心功能及血流动力学指标。结果除了对照组1只死于麻醉意外、实验组2只在穿刺后24h以内死亡外,其余大鼠一个月时均存活;所有存活大鼠体重增长满意。在导管留置过程中.RVSP及MCSP测值保持稳定;两组之间及实验组操作前后心功能及血流动力学检测指标未见显著差异。结论超声心动图引导下,经胸右心室穿刺可以准确地测量和监测右心室压力。 Purpose The purpose of this study is to test the feasibility and the safety of a new method of measuring the RVSP directly through the chest in rats. Methods Sixteen healthy male rats (300-350 g) were divided into two groups (n=8) randomly. BD Intima-Ⅱ (24G,0.7 mm × 19 mm) integrated catheter was introduced into carotid to measure the mean carotid systolic pressure (MCSP) in both groups. Then the catheter was introduced into right ventricle to measure the pressure under monitoring with echocardiography in group 1, while the catheter was only inserted into chest muscle in group 2. The catheter was connected to right ventricle for 60 minutes. During this period, the RVSP of Group1 and the MCSP of both groups were recorded. All of the rats were raised in the same environment for one month after the operation. The survival rate and the weight gain were compared between the two groups. Echocardiography was used to measure the cardiac functions and the hemodynamic parameters at baseline, and at different time points after the catheter was removed. The hemodynamic parameters. Results Two of group1 and one of group 2 died within 24 h after the initiation of the experiment. All survivals of both groups had satisfied weight gain. The numerical value of RVSP and MCSP of each group were stable during the period. There were no significant differences in cardiac functions and hemodynamic parameters between the two groups at different time points before or after the puncture. Conclusions RVSP can be measured accurately and directly by trans-ventricular puncture directed by echocardiography.
