高血压与脂质代谢紊乱 被引量：39

摘要 心脑血管疾病是危害人类健康和导致死亡的首要原因。高血压与血脂异常都是动脉粥样硬化的主要易患因素，它们既彼此独立，又密切联系相互作用；在冠心病、脑卒中、缺血性肾脏损害及大动脉疾病的发生与发展中，具有重要的病因学及预后意义。当高血压和脂质代谢紊乱同时存在时，患者的危险性明显增加。深入研究高血压与脂质代谢紊乱之间的关系，将对高血压的治疗策略、治疗药物和方案提供新的思路和证据。
