巨大肾癌类肿瘤的CT诊断

CT Diagnosis of Giant Renal Carcinoma,Sarcomatoid Carcinoma and Carcinosarcoma

目的:探讨巨大肾癌类肿瘤的CT表现特点。材料和方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的13例巨大肾癌类肿瘤(肾癌6例、肉瘤样癌5例和癌肉瘤2例)的CT表现。结果:13例巨大肾癌类肿瘤的CT表现为肿瘤以实性破坏为主,伴有出血坏死及钙化6例,肿瘤以囊性破坏为主4例和整个肾呈多囊及单囊样破坏伴有壁结节3例。结论:巨大肾癌类肿瘤因肿瘤巨大,多数侵犯邻近脏器,瘤内多发大的坏死、囊变区,是巨大肾癌类肿瘤的诊断特点。

Purpose： To evaluate the CT characteristics of giant renal cancer-like tumors. Materials and Methods： The CT findings were retrospectively analyzed in 13 cases of giant renal cancer-like tumors with pathology proved, including 6 cases of renal carcinoma, 5 cases of sarcomatoid carcinoma and 2 cases of carcinosarcoma. Results： The CT manifestations of giant renal cancer-like tumors included ahuge solid mass of renal parenchyma in 6 cases, cystic renal parenchyma destruction in 4 cases, the whole kidney appeared as multi-or mono-cystic change with mural nodules in 3 cases, and accompanied with hemorrage, necrosis or calcification in 6 cases. Conclusion： The characteristic CT findings of the giant renal cancer-like tumors are ahuge mass often with necrosis and cystic change of the kidney, and most of them invade the adjacant organs.
