应用部分变性高效液相色谱法检测结核分枝杆菌的耐药基因突变 被引量:2

摘要 目前耐药问题给结核病的控制造成很大威胁。KatG、rpoB、embB、gyrA、pncA和rpsL基因在异烟肼、利福平、乙胺丁醇、氟喹诺酮类、吡嗪酰胺和链霉素的耐药中起关键作用。我们采用温度介导的异源双链高效液相色谱分析法(DHPLC)检测了结核分枝杆菌耐药基因的突变。
