原发性结膜下眶脂肪脱垂CT表现

CT Features of Spontaneous Subconjunctival Orbital Fat Prolapse

目的探讨原发性结膜下眶脂肪脱垂的CT表现。资料与方法回顾分析12例(20眼)老年肥胖患者经临床证实的原发性结膜下眶脂肪脱垂的CT资料。结果CT示眼球颞上象限结膜下与眶内脂肪相连续的与脂肪密度一致的低密度肿块。8例为双侧,4例为单侧。结论原发性结膜下眶脂肪脱垂见于老年肥胖患者的颞上象限,CT有助于该病的诊断及鉴别。本病应与表皮样囊肿或皮样囊肿、球结膜下脂肪瘤、眼睑皮肤松弛症鉴别。

Objective To discuss CT features of patients with spontaneous subconjunetival orbital fat prolapse. Materials and Methods CT findings of 12 patients （20 eyes） with spontaneous subconjunctival orbital fat prolapse were retrospectively analyzed. Seven were male and five were female. Results CT revealed a fat compatible radiolucent mass continuous with the orbital fat in the superior temporal quadrant of the orbit. Eight were bilateral and four were unilateral. Conclusion Spontaneous subconjunctival orbital fat prolapse typically occurs superotemporally in obese elderly patients. CT can contribute to diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
